Tutu anyone?

Hello!

I have been away for a bit. Internet has been finicky. Here is one thing I did while away. I made a tutu! I've been wanting to do this for a while and thanks to This blog post I was able to! Thank you very much :) 

Instead of using elastic for this one I used what I had on hand. I didnt have to buy a thing. I used old clothes and baby blankets, her headband and even added her flower clip to the finished product :)
